Enter the Realm

[Leroy Ridran]

Legend tells of a cloud city, far above the World of Lore. A place that is only accessible for one year every millennia. That year has just begun. People of the town of Crossroads were stunned when, one day, a golden staircase grew up from the center of the crossroads, spiraling all the way into the clouds. Not to many have gone up yet, and not many know where it goes. Only the learned truly know where it leads. It leads to the Realm of Tyvani.

Enter The Realm if you dare.

[Orion Flame-eye]

Orion stared at the golden stairs for a few moments before going to his house, where he packed up some things, put on his armor, and grabbed his swords. He then made his way again to the stairs, and foot by foot, he started walking up and out of the Crossroads. He kept walking, even though Crossroads was but a tiny speck below him. He looked up, to see more stairs. " This should take the whole day I think..." He said to himself and hopefully to Leroy's spirit inside him.

[Leroy Ridran]

I'm here Orion. It isn't much farther. When you reach the first cloud, jump off the stairs. You'll land fast on solid ground. It is what the people of Tyvani refer to as the 'leap of faith'. I know this because I was preparing to go into Tyvani when it opened, but I perished before I could do so.

[Orion Flame-eye]

Orion nodded and caried on, until, soon enough, the first cloud appeared. He took a big leap onto the cloud, and felt his feet hit the solid ground. I think I'll just follow the path of clouds. He told Leroy as he started walking on the clouds.

[Leroy Ridran]

Perfect! Good boy, in a little while you should reach a gate.

[Orion Flame-eye]

Sure enough, he reached the gate, which was made out of gold, cloud, and diamonds. He knocked on it, waiting for someone to open the door.

OOC- Are yhou going to be a spirit or will we meet back somewhere in Tyvani?

[Leroy Ridran]

OOC: From now on, I'll be real. I know it isn't realistic for me to come back to life now, but I want to do these quests too...

BIC: The gate opened a bit, and then closed. A golden wisp of air flowed from toward the duo, gliding gracefully on the winds. It came about a foot away from them, and then from it materialized a person. The person looked human, but had a ethereal look to him. The Gate Guardian's feet were gold, as was the rest of his skin. The fate were without any shoes, as they were clearly not needed on the soft clouds. His pants and shirt were one piece of glowing clothing, slivery in color. On his head there were two shining sliver eyes, and a thin gold sliver which must have been a mouth. A normal human nose protruded from the center of his face. Knee-length, wispy golden hair shone brightly in the sun.

"How do you do?" The guardian asked in a small, far off whisper. Leroy was speechless. None of the books he had looked through on Tyvani ever described such an amazing creature such as this one. He could never have prepared himself for such a beautiful and amazing sight to behold.

[Orion Flame-eye]

Orion hadn't expect a creature such as that. He quickly returned to normal. " I am fine, thank you, how do you do?" He asked in return.

[Leroy Ridran]

The same whispery voice sounded, "I am fine, as always. Do you mortals wish to gain entrance to the Realm of Tyvani?" The gate guard said the last three words slowly and even more whisper-like then before.

[Orion Flame-eye]

" Yes please." He told the gate gaurdian. He wondered about what he had said... Mortals. There was only one person there, him, and the spirit of Leroy.
