As they got closer, Orion saw that the island stretched out for about a kilometer and was the shape of a rectangle. Orion looked carefully at the shore and could see some areas with dark things under it. He avoided them and headed straight for the most sandiest area. He pointed to the beach. " Paddle there, the rest are all rocky."

"Ah yes, good spotting." Leroy paddled towards the clean beach, and finally beached the raft.He got out and dragged it a bit up shore.

" You know... This place feels weird." He gestured over his shoulder to what looked like a cow filled with wicked looking spears and arrows. He drew a spear out and pointed at the three prongs. " Its... a trident. No one uses those much anymore..." He pulled out an arrow, which had to prongs. " Odd weaponry, don't you think?" He bent down to pick another one up when a trident stabbed into the sand next to his foot. He looked up to the top of the hill, which was now covered in people, dressed in animal skins and armed with the tridents.

" We usually go charging at them, but this time I think we should hide." He told Leroy, as he made his way to the raft.

"Back in the boat! GO!" Leroy said, and started pushing it back down the shore.

Orion stood behind Leroy as he pulled the boat, deflecting the trident spears that were flying at them. More people started appearing all over and they charged Orion and Leroy. He whirled around and started to help Leroy pull the boat into the water. " This is bad..." A trident buried itself in his foot and he fell forward, pushing the boat into the water. Orion drew out the trident and threw it back, slaying one of the crazy cannibal people. Orion waded into the shallows and hopped into the boat. He reached a hand out to Leroy. The boat started drifting towards the ocean at a very fast pace. " Quickly Leroy!!!"

Leroy grabbed the hand and leapt onto the boat. "Let us make haste. I do believe (judging by the sun) that mainland should be thataway!" Leroy pointed with his finger.

" If the sun is there. Shouldn't the mainland be there?" He pointed in the opposite direction. By now, Tridents were sticking out of the water around them. He grabbed a paddle and handed another to Leroy. " How about going that way." He pointed to the way they hadn't suggested.

"Indeed, that does seem the best course of action." Leroy took up a paddle, and paddled in his suggested direction.

Orion paddled swiftly, ocasionally wielding his sword to deflect well aimed tridents. Thats when he saw it. A large pirate boat, with the pirate flag and everything. It sailed into the shore, where the cannibals boarded the ship, there were many oars at the sides, which made it super fast. " Uhh... The chances of getting out of this alive is one out of a hundred." He pointed to the pirate boat filled with cannibals gaining speed on them. " They are aimed right at us. I think they'll smash our ship. Theres only one thing to do." Orion raised his sword and brought it crashing into the middle of the ship, Orion and Leroy on one, and all their supplies in the other. THe side Orion and Leroy was on swiftly was blown to the side by the current. He set the other half in massive flames and watched the pirate ship crash into it, setting the ship on fire.

" Hey, We do this all the time, don't we? If I didn't do that, we would be dead by now." Orion started cutting the half they were in into a large flat raft, like thing. Oreo jumpped into the water, and came back with a large water skin that was floating on the water.

Orion managed to gathered a few smoking pieces of wood, and some very large pieces that were barely burnt from the large pirate ship. Orion grabbed a few tridents in the water, sliced the prongs into three slim nails and nailed the wood into place.

After Orion and Leroy were both finished, the voice decided to pop in again for a quick chat. Leroy, you need to return to land as soon as possible! There is a storm to end all storms coming, and you mustn't be on the waves when it arrives! "Orion, we need to get moving. There is a storm coming. A big one."

Orion nodded. They had entered a series of islands spread out all over the place. " Well, lets go as far as possible and find the most welcoming island." Most of the islands were barren, but towards the end, some had many trees and plenty of places to shelter.
